Inside Sales Representative


Job Description:

PipeSak Pipeline Products is currently recruiting for a Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue and building customer relationships. You will have experience in B2B sales with a drive for growth. You identify customer requirements, explain pain points our products alleviate and close sales to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Reporting directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing the Inside Sales representative duties will include:

Address initial customer inquiries, from website and phone, and process immediate orders
Identify, prospect and develop leads
Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
Maintaining accurate record of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system
Prepare quotes and sales orders as needed
Customer follow-up on leads and existing customers
Product knowledge
Sales team administrative support as directed


Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma with 2 - 5 years practical work experience in B2B sales

2. Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)

3. Strong organization and time management skills to deal with competing priorities and deadlines

4. Strong interpersonal skills for high-level customer interaction

5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


6. Advanced computer and internet research skills


Preferred Qualifications:

1. College Diploma in Business Admin, sales related diploma


2. Sales within the construction industry


3. CRM databases

4. Expert with Microsoft Suite (word, PowerPoint, excel)

5. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics is a definite asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$77,500.00 per year
