We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager in New Iberia, LA to lead the Inside Sales Team and ensure the team is well-staffed and motivated to deliver excellent customer service and support the overall sales strategy.

What you’ll do:
•Attract, develop, and retain top Inside Sales talent through leadership, coaching, and performance management
•Set targets, enforce standards, monitor pricing, and hold the team accountable for results
•Lead by example in CRM use and coach the team to maximize its effectiveness
•Continuously assessing and improving the sales process to enhance customer experience
•Collaborate with Field Sales, Operations, and Management to develop the best practices and ensure smooth opportunity handoffs
•Manage change and adaptability to meet evolving customer and team needs with minimal disruption
•Act as a key communicator for process improvements and drive Inside Sales as a strategic part of the overall sales strategy
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
•Over 10 years of relevant work experience
•Proven experience managing remote sales teams and tracking sales performance
•Strong skills in sales processes, CRM usage, negotiation, and closing deals
•Good product knowledge, sector expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft PC tools
