Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative / Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in oilfield sales and have a passion for building relationships with customers.
Duties
•
Receive and process orders via the counter, phone, and email.
•
Promptly enter sales orders in Sage.
•
responsible for providing customers with solutions and finding material as needed.
•
Periodically assist warehouse with order filling, shipping, and receiving duties
•
Assist with purchasing , invoicing , and MTR resourcing
•
Effectively digitize all documents.
•
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in inside sales, warehouse management, or administrative assistant sales is preferred.
•
Strong verbal communication skills in English with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
•
Familiarity with oilfield supplies is a plus.
•
Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while building rapport with clients.
•
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
•
Technical sales experience is mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
•
High level of motivation and determination to achieve sales goals within a team-oriented environment.
