The Outside Sales Manager will be a senior member of the sales and business development team, reporting to the Director of Sales. This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and developing new customer accounts, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will embody a high-humility, low-ego approach, motivated by enabling the success of others.
Drive revenue growth by embracing a hunter mindset, focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities in the power distribution space.
Leverage creativity to penetrate new markets and cultivate untapped customer relationships beyond traditional channels.
Develop a deep understanding of market segmentation and customer needs. Execute tailored sales campaigns aligned with growth strategy.

Present complex technical information clearly and persuasively, ensuring customers see the company as a trusted partner.
Design and plan product solutions for customers, overseeing lead quotes, bids, tenders, and pricing.
Keep accurate records using the company’s CRM tools and manage calendars to ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers.
