Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, generating sales leads, and maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks. You will play a critical role in customer retention and revenue growth by providing top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities
•Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-up
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
•Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and follow up on inquiries
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales in QuickBooks
•Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure billing and invoicing accuracy
•Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly
•Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
•Proficient in QuickBooks (preferably QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Self-starter with a high level of organization and attention to detail
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
