Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients through SAP portals, email and phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of technical sales processes.
Duties
•Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
•Enter sales orders and work with purchasing and shipping department to ensure on time delivery.
•Utilize software tools to track interactions, update Purchase orders and communicate with customers.
•Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred.
•Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
•Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
•Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, experience with ERP software
•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
•Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management ERM, SAP software.
•A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving targets.
