Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
•Generate and process quotes and sales orders with accuracy, and follow up on inquiries
•Assist customers with product selection, pricing, inventory availability, and lead times
•Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions and cross-sell where appropriate
•Collaborate with outside sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction
•Coordinate returns, credits, and replacements in a professional and timely manner
•Track sales trends, customer feedback, and follow up on open orders and backorders
•Handle customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency
•Maintain accurate records and sales activities in CRM and ERP systems
Qualifications:
•High school diploma, Associate degree a plus
•2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
•Detail-oriented and highly organized
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
•Experience with ERP or CRM systems
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls
•Team player with a proactive and positive approach
