Job Description:

Job Summary

The Hydraulic Fracturing Equipment Operator performs basic procedures on site, performs rig up and rig down,

maintains equipment, and operates sand silos as needed.

Responsibilities

- Operate and perform maintenance on the equipment used at each job location

- Connect and disconnect pump trucks from iron pipes

- Operate and maintain the fluid ends

- Operate sand silos to control the amount of sand loaded into the hopper as needed

- Perform pump maintenance such as packing pumps and swapping seats and valves

- Responsible for maintaining grease levels on equipment to prevent failure

- Perform basic rig up and rig down

- Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, Job Safety Analysis, and always utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year oilfield experience preferred

- Clear communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English preferred

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions promptly and accurately

- Able to safely operate and maintain assigned equipment during a 12+ hour work shift that will include days or nights, weekends, and holidays

- Able to perform duties safely in all weather conditions

- Must be able to work closely with others and under time-sensitive deadlines, which may include emergency response situations

- Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift

- Must be physical able to occasionally lift or move up to 80 pounds
