We’re looking for an experienced Hydraulic Equipment Operator to support daily operations by safely running and maintaining hydraulic machinery. This role requires a strong mechanical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on every job.

Responsibilities

- Operate hydraulic-powered equipment in a safe and efficient manner

- Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functionality

- Identify and report mechanical issues or system malfunctions

- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance

- Follow job site plans, instructions, and safety regulations

- Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently

- Keep work areas clean and organized

- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Hydraulic Operator or similar role

- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components

- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively

- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
