Responsible for the safety and compliance control, and system management of drilling and completion fluid operations in Canada; oversee staff scheduling, attendance and performance management; organize on-the-job training and certification; track operational quality and rectification of safety hazards; coordinate data reporting and on-site communication, to ensure safe operations, stable workforce and quality compliance.
· System and Compliance Implementation: Organize learning and participate in revising internal control and QHSE system documents, conduct publicity and implementation supervision.
· Optimize drilling and completion fluid procedures and safety operation rules according to operational characteristics, and supervise full implementation by all staff.
· Whole-process Operation Control: Track on-site operation progress and strictly control construction quality. Timely report, follow up and review quality defects and operation incidents to realize full closed-loop management.
· On-site Safety and Standardized Management: Organize safety inspections, check chemical management, leak prevention and emergency preparedness, and implement safety responsibilities.
· Promote operation standardization and standardize data sorting and submission. Arrange safety training and emergency drills to strengthen team safety awareness and emergency capability.
· Team and Personnel Management: Coordinate staffing scheduling, on-site arrangement and attendance audit in Canada to ensure stable manpower.
· Conduct performance appraisal from safety, quality and efficiency aspects and urge improvement.
· Organize training on local regulations, safe operation and professional skills, and assist employees in compliance certification and career promotion.
· Documentation, Communication and Continuous Improvement: Compile daily and weekly operation reports regularly and report project progress to superiors in a timely manner.
· Collect on-site difficulties, coordinate rectification resources, review operations regularly and optimize processes.
· Examine and approve relevant operation documents to ensure closed-loop management and operational compliance.
· Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and other software, as required.
· Able to perform calculations required to execute a Drilling fluid job.
· Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety.
· Able to perform all regular maintenance on equipment.
· Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliable, and dependable.
· Flexible and able to adapt to change.
· Experience in dealing with customers and dispatch.
