As a full-time HVAC Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering expert repair, maintenance, and installation services to residential and commercial clients. You’ll be the face of our company in the field—solving problems, building trust, and ensuring comfort.

- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical faults
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency services
- Conduct system cleanings, adjustments, and warranty work
- Communicate clearly with customers and recommend air quality solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and service standards
- Be available for on-call and weekend service rotations
- EPA Certification & HVAC Certification
- 2+ years of HVAC service or installation experience- Boiler experience is a Plus
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
- Experience with heat pumps / boiler systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to read schematics and work independently
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours
