We are Hiring an HVAC Service Technician to be part of our residential team!

Someone with exceptional experience troubleshooting and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Marblehead MA

Pay Rate: $28.00 to $45.00 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

What you will be doing:

- Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment

- Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems

- Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers

- Experience service /maintenance/ troubleshooting / repairing, a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment

- Providing excellent customer service

- Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and product

- Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions

- Daily use of tablet

Qualifications / Skills:

- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

- 5 + years of HVAC experience

- EPA Universal Certification

- Excellent customer service skills

- Experience consulting customer with repair and replace decisions

- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certificate from a HVAC Technical School desired
