Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area for an HVAC Senior Sales Rep. The HVAC Senior Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing customized HVAC solutions to meet client needs. The role involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
