HVAC Operations Manager (Connecticut)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and growth-minded HVAC Operations Manager to lead and scale our HVAC department in Connecticut. This role is central to our expansion and will start by managing subcontractor onboarding and hands-on project execution. As the department grows, this role will take on the development of an internal install team and full responsibility for daily HVAC operations.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in residential HVAC systems—especially heat pumps and ductless mini-split installations—and has a track record of building teams and systems from the ground up.
