Position Overview

We're looking for a Junior HVAC Technician — someone with a solid foundation in HVAC and a desire to grow into a full technician role. If you're coachable, dependable, and hungry to develop your skills, this is the place for you.

If you want part-time or easy hours, this isn't a fit. We work until the job is done and reward those who show up ready to perform.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Maintenance

- Perform system inspections, filter changes, and routine maintenance

- Complete checklists and document service findings in job software

- Assist senior techs with diagnostics and small repairs

- Learn proper procedures for troubleshooting HVAC systems

Installation Support

- Help install equipment, run line sets, and connect systems

- Assist with job site preparation and material staging

- Learn code-compliant installation techniques

- Keep job sites clean and organized

Customer Service

- Interact with customers respectfully and professionally

- Explain basic HVAC procedures and maintenance tips

- Communicate issues and progress clearly to lead techs or supervisors

Tools & Training

- Care for company tools and vehicles

- Maintain your personal tool inventory (required: hand tools, drill/driver, meter)

- Participate in structured training and pursue certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
