We’re hiring a driven, tech-savvy HVAC Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive growth, and build lasting customer relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on expanding our residential and commercial services across HVAC, heating oil, plumbing, and generators.
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Manage and optimize our CRM and lead pipeline
Post and schedule engaging content on social media platforms
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after project completion
Identify cross-selling opportunities for plumbing, heating oil, and generator services
Support and develop digital marketing strategies with the management team
Attend local events or trade shows to promote brand visibility
Strong background in HVAC or home services sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms
High school diploma required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in a sales management or lead generation role
Knowledge of HVAC systems, heating oil delivery, plumbing, or generators
Familiarity with generators, oil delivery services, or plumbing is a plus
