Job Summary
Responsibilities
•Responsible for compiling and processing Company Payroll for Salaried and Hourly employees.
•Responsible for all data entry into the ADP payroll system including new hires, changes, terminations, etc.
•Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
•Participates and conduct in meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as necessary and to represent the department.
•Assists with Team Member communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, team member suggestions, employee surveys, and one-on-one meetings.
•Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
•Responsible for data entry for SAP in relation to payroll vouchers.
•Responsible for monthly vouchers related to Human Resources responsibility.
•Oversee and manage employee uniform program.
•Oversee and manage Company cellphones.
•Responsible for making employee and car badges.
•Assumes other duties as assigned by the HR Management or CFO.

·Experience with SAP and ADP for payroll and voucher processing.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
