Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Pickering, ON. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing the training and development program, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also maintain HR records, create reports, and coordinate company events and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements

- Ability to develop and implement training and development programs

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience

- Experience in the manufacturing or steel fabrication industry is a plus

- CIPD or SHRM certification is advantageous
