Position Summary Responsible for keeping all human resource records accurate and up to date in a timely fashion. Responsible for employment and Human Resource-related document collection, payroll, recruitment, benefit administration and compliance. Work closely with Clearlight’s owner and managers to effectively shape the organizational culture.
Position Schedule This position is a Full-Time position, 8AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday, except company holidays.
- Oversee Recruitment Activities
- Develop and Update Policies and Procedures for Organizational Operation
- Oversee Benefits Administration
- Coordinate and Process Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Frequent Communication With Employees and Managers In Order to Resolve any Issues
- Work with Executive Team to Evaluate the Costing of Benefit Plans, etc.
- Develop and Maintain HR Metrics and Generate Reports for Leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Preferred
- 5+ Years of HR Experience , with at least 2 years in a managerial role- Strong Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Best Practices
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
