Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with hands-on experience in UKG
systems to join our Human Resources team. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of our UKG platform, ensuring data integrity and delivering user support across the organization. This role plays a key part in leveraging HR technology to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and support HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain and administer the UKG system, including configuration, security, workflows, and upgrades.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for UKG system issues, enhancements, and user support.
•Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
•Create, modify, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR and business needs.
•Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to align UKG functionality with business processes.
•Support implementation of new UKG modules and system integrations.
•Document system processes, configurations, and procedures for end users and internal reference.
•Participate in system training, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
•Stay current with UKG releases, features, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3+ Direct experience with UKG Core and Payroll required. Experience with Workforce Management (Dimensions) is a strong plus.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
•Proficiency in creating custom reports using UKG’s reporting tools (e.g., Business Intelligence, Cognos, or Workforce Analytics).
•Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
•Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience integrating UKG with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, timekeeping).
•Familiarity with other HR technologies (ATS, LMS, etc.).
•UKG certifications or formal training preferred.
