AIM Roads Inc., a Canadian subsidiary of ACCIONA Infrastructure Canada and part of the global ACCIONA group, is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Operations and Maintenance team.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of areas including labour relations, employee engagement, recruitment, training and development, HR administration, and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders, employees, and the broader ACCIONA HR team to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 per year. The base pay may vary based on the candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Required Skills And Competencies
