C.J. Miller LLC is seeking a driven, organized, and self-motivated HR Generalist to support our 300+ team members. If you’re passionate about HR operations, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to make a real impact—we want to meet you!

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Lead onboarding & offboarding

• Support recruitment and benefits administration

• Maintain HRIS and compliance (FMCSA/DOT)

• Assist with performance reviews and training

• Be a go-to resource for employees

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1–3 years in an HR generalist role

✔ Solid knowledge of MD employment laws

✔ Experience with HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday)

✔ Strong communication and time management

✔ Bonus: PHR or SHRM-CP certified
