Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to support key human resources functions on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in Job duty development, recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing candidates and coordinating hiring processes.
•Provide employee relations support and help resolve workplace concerns.
•Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
•Support benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
•Help manage HR records and maintain accurate documentation.
•Participate in training and development efforts to enhance workforce skills.
•Support/ Development and implementation of to meet required regulations of the Company’s safety programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
•3-5 years of experience in an HR role.
•Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
