The Human Resources Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the HR department. These responsibilities include: help Sunsolar Solutions by owning the recruiting process for hiring, efficiently and accurately on boarding our new hires and sales partners, delivering and ensuring the completion of on boarding tasks, as well as other human resources tasks as assigned.
- Recruiting for open positions including conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, reference checks and making offers of employment.
- Support coordination and execution of our onboarding programs, to include interactions with candidates, sales representatives, employees, teams, hiring managers, IT and HR
- Help build positive relations with new hires as well as new sales teams and sales representatives
- Keep all members of the team up-to-date with relevant information throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring requirements are met
- Create new sales partners accounts in various platforms
- Backup for payroll processing
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Booking travel for staff as needed
- Additional duties as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or Related Field preferred
- 1-2 years of progressive related experience in hiring, recruiting, coordinating program and projects
