Stones River Electric is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager for a full-time, in-office role at our headquarters. If you’re passionate about fostering a positive work environment, developing strong HR strategies, and leading a talented team, we want to hear from you.
As an HR Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in aligning our people strategy with business goals, creating a supportive and productive work culture, and driving the company forward—all while collaborating closely with our on-site leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee and ensure adherence to established HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks that reflect our values and compliance standards.
•Lead recruitment efforts, managing the majority of the cycle from job postings and candidate screening to onboarding exceptional talent.
•Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious and efficient workplace.
•Ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and benefit standards.
•Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with organizational growth.
•Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention—fostering a thriving, inclusive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience running an HR department, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
•Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in employee relations.
•Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
•A proactive, solutions-driven approach to HR challenges and business needs.
•SHRM certification preferred, not required.
