We’re looking for a
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)to serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to leaders and employees. In this role, you’ll align HR initiatives with business objectives while providing day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and change management to drive organizational effectiveness across assigned client groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change initiatives
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
- Lead or support employee relations investigations and ensure fair, consistent outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour, state leave laws)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Support new-hire engagement and onboarding, including early check-ins
- Assist with HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation, benefits, and policy updates
- Support organizational changes, including integrations and business transitions
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and continuously improve HR processes and practices
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and business partnership
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to influence leaders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience supporting multi-state or field-based workforces
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
- Experience supporting organizational change or integrations
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
