Responsibilities

•Oversee recruitment processes, including employee orientation and onboarding programs.
•Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
•Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and OSHA regulations.
•Administer workers' compensation programs and manage related claims.
•Utilize PeopleSoft and Ceridian for HR data management and reporting.
•Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decision-making.
•Negotiate employee contracts and benefits packages.
•Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies.
Skills
•Strong senior leadership experience in human resources management.
•In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and employment labor law compliance.
•Proficiency in HR software systems such as PeopleSoft and Ceridian.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection processes.
•Ability to foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
