That’s not all, you will also have wonderful colleagues in Northern Europe. you will support Global Human Resources in its efforts to implement group objectives.
We need someone with a creative approach to providing the employees with the best work environment possible. This is a hands-on HR Manager (no direct reports). You are an HR expert on all HR processes and procedures, local legislation, payroll, GDPR, recruitment, global mobility, work well-being, and the employment life cycle. YOUR main objective is to help the company attract, manage, develop and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
· Minimum 5+ years of HR experience within a project-related operation or industrial service organization, or manufacturing entity
· Excellent knowledge of HR processes and procedures: including legislation, payroll and GDPR, global mobility, employee development, performance evaluations, handbook review and such
· Experience in job evaluation, HRM knowledge and expertise
· Bachelor’s degree: ideally in human resources, HR certification preferred
· Hands-on (not afraid to spend up to 80% of their time on administrative projects)
· Great listening, communication, and general interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a changing environment, with multiple projects & deadlines
· Proficient in relevant HR tools, Microsoft products,
· Service mindset, positive attitude, and ability to ‘take care’ of employees
· Ability to prioritize well and complete tasks on time
· Experience working for an international entity, and multicultural background is a plus
· Work with the management team to deploy HR processes.
· Provide day-to-day employee relations support to Directors, Managers and Team members
· Development and facilitating training programs, employee initiatives
