Our client is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources function within a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as the senior HR leader on-site, partnering closely with executive leadership and operations to support the business, strengthen culture, and ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable operating independently, leading a team, and supporting complex manufacturing operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful, long-term impact within a stable and values-driven organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience owning the full HR function, including employee relations, compliance, safety, benefits, recruiting, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices
- Comfortable working fully on-site and engaging regularly with plant leadership and employees
- Background partnering closely with executive leadership and operations
- Strong change management and process improvement skills
