- Recruit ~15 hires per week in a high-volume environment.
- Full-cycle recruiting (interviews through background check & onboarding).
- Conduct walk-in, phone, and scheduled candidate appointments.
- Workday ATS experience required.
- Transportation or retail recruiting background preferred.
