- Job location: Calgary, Alberta
- Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday to Friday)

Please note, this is full-time, 15-month temporary position.
- Perform full cycle recruitment including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and supporting offer negotiations
- Work with hiring managers to develop and implement strategies aligned with workforce plan and budget
- Build strong relationships with internal management teams to gain a thorough understanding of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
- Manage shortlisted candidates through the application process, ensuring timely communication and a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Ensure all recruitment procedures, policies, tools and documents are being consistently maintained and utilized
- Coordinate and support structured interview processes and update records in the internal database
- Minimum of 5 years of high volume full-cycle recruitment experience required
- Diploma or degree in Business/Commerce, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology preferred
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills
- Experience recruiting engineers, technical specialists, field/trades personnel and/or professionals in multiple disciplines
- Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and applicant tracking systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of behavioral based interviews (in-person, phone, video, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
