As a seasoned talent acquisition expert, you will be a key member of our small but effective team, working across the entire recruitment life cycle—from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to job postings, pre-screening, and offer development. You’ll apply a strategic lens to determine the most effective sourcing and marketing strategies, investing your time where it makes the most impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the recruiting process: intake calls, job postings, sourcing/screening, interview coordination, offer stage, and onboarding.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with onboarding and training new team members.
- Serve as a resource and support for the recruitment team.
- Attend college and career fairs as needed (some travel required).
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing strategies tailored to each role and talent community.
- Develop and implement pipeline strategies for high-value or high-volume roles.
- Build networks through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employees.
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates throughout the process.
- Ensure compliance with process flows and operating procedures.
- Support employer branding efforts internally and externally.
- Perform administrative and record-keeping duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs
- Experience in both corporate and/or agency recruiting; high-volume recruitment experience preferred
- Strong web sourcing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based tools, and social media platforms
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors a plus)
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP platforms is a plus
- Proven success recruiting for technical, engineering, or corporate roles
- Strong team collaboration across HRBPs, hiring managers, and business units
- Deep understanding of talent trends and business needs
- Strategic and proactive pipeline development
- Expertise in digital talent acquisition and employer branding
- Passion for improving candidate and client experience
- High accountability and ownership of outcomes
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for recruiting events as needed
