We are seeking a Recruiter to support our U.S. operations staffing requirements. The role will focus on recruiting a range of office-based administrative, sales, and management roles, and field-based roles to include transportation, warehousing, plant operations, and drilling fluids specialists.
- Help define job requirements and post vacancies
- Review resumes, screen candidates and disposition applicants
- Maintain detailed records and metrics in the applicant tracking system (ADP Workforce Now)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
- Assist HR team in coordinating offers, pre-employment process, and onboarding
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to each role
- Updating SMART system to track contract workers
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years experience in recruiting and/or in Human Resources related fields: Prefer recruiting experience with oilfield service companies- Proven experience and strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other online recruiting platforms (i.e., LinkedIn)
- Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment independently
- Strong proficiency with Excel
- Strong and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Very high level of integrity and ethics
- Able to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality at all times
As a reminder this is a contract position, with expected work hours of 20 to 30 hours per week. Our office is in Katy, Texas and the role will be expected to be in office for at least half the work hours during the week. Expected contract length is 4-6 months, with potential to extend based on business requirements.
