As our Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process:
- Source & Attract: Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top-performing sales agents nationwide.
- Screen & Interview: Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and understanding of energy deregulation.
- Manage Hiring Process: Oversee the entire process from outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Collaboration: Partner with management to align hiring goals with business needs.
- Training Support: Onboard and conduct initial training/orientation for new hires.
- Candidate Outreach: Make outbound calls, conduct virtual interviews, and attend recruitment events.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment processes follow legal and ethical standards.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Analyze the Cost per Hire and make adjustments in monthly marketing budget.- 2+ years of recruitment experience (experience hiring sales talent strongly preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Knowledge of energy deregulation (preferred) or ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with online recruitment platforms, job boards, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet hiring goals.
- Flexibility to recruit both locally and remotely, with occasional travel for onboarding/training.
- Goal-driven, motivated, and eager to maximize earning potential.
- Understanding budgeting and measuring Cost per Hire and composing weekly/monthly reports.
