Position Summary

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent across all departments, with a focus on manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic, timely, and high-quality hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:

- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

- Post job openings on internal and external platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of techniques (e.g., behavioral, technical, and structured interviews).

- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and timely documentation.

- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and offer processes.

- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Represent ebm-papst at job fairs, career events, and networking functions.

- Support employer branding initiatives to promote ebm-papst as an employer of choice.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., engineers, machinists, production supervisors).

- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
