High Voltage Senior Electrical Project Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various co-workers, and a background in the High Voltage electrical field.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to co-workers.

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations.

- Facilitate meetings and communication among team members to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Review schematics and technical documents including construction and electrical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Skills

- Familiarity with electrical engineering concepts.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective engagement.

- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, word and office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
