Senior Electrical Project Engineer

to join our North American Hub Engineering team in Jefferson City, MO. In this role, you’ll lead innovative projects focused on oil-filled distribution transformers, driving value engineering and introducing cutting-edge technologies. How You’ll Make An Impact

- Drive customer value and profitability through Design to Value (DtV) principles.

- Lead development and factory introduction of new transformer technologies and features.

- Generate and implement cost-saving ideas that enhance customer value.

- Develop tools and concepts to reduce design and assembly time, improve quality, and optimize material use.

- Build detailed business cases and secure cross-functional approvals.

- Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to execute projects.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into product development.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience. - 3+ years designing oil-filled distribution transformers.

- Proven track record of delivering projects that meet business goals.

- Experience with SQL queries and large dataset analysis.

- Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing systems.
