High School Work-Study

We will be hiring positions this year – the Auto Shop, Environmental/Project Team, and Administrative/Sourcing.

Basic Qualifications

1. Currently attending the Colstrip High School as a Junior (becoming a Senior the 2026/2027 School Year).

2. Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 and have good attendance records (transcript required at time of application).

3. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

4. Strong client-service orientation, ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with MS Office products and computer applications.
