This is a contract role for an HBP Title Landman at Pinson Land Services. We value experienced professionals who are seeking a new opportunity. This opportunity is for on-site work with flexible remote options after an initial period.

Qualifications

- Experience in title research, due diligence, and lease analysis (Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico preferred).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel).

- Ability to work in a team environment while being self-motivated.

- Knowledgeable in BLM/BIA and State regulatory processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Member of AAPL.
