1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating bearings, and cleaning equipment.
2. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve issues (e.g.,leaky hydraulic lines, faulty electrical sensors).
3. Troubleshoot and repair more complex problems in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
4. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
5. Work closely with other maintenance staff and outside contractors on larger repair projects.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
7. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
1. 10 years of proven maintenance experience required.
2. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
3. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or a certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field is a plus.
1. Must be able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
2. Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
3. Availability for on-call duty during weekends, holidays, or outside of regular working hours as needed.
