What You’ll Do

- Prepare and hang parts for finishing

- Pack and inspect finished products

· Ensure that all products are coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and on-time performance

· Cure parts at the appropriate time and temperature

- Maintain accurate counts and quality standards

- Keep your workspace clean and organized

- Take part in continuous improvement and teamwork efforts

- Perform other general labor duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

No prior experience required — we’ll train you!

Shift & Pay

Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

No weekends or holidays!

Starting at $17.00/hour (with opportunities to grow)
