- Location: East Chicago, IN

- Schedule/Shift: Sun-Fri/3rd shift, 11:00pm-7:30am

- Paid Weekly

What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Laborer with Tradebe, you will be responsible for various tasks at the plant, including moving drums and supporting overall plant operations.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Uphold Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance by ensuring all operations adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, while fostering a safe and environmentally responsible workplace

- Assist with container movements, process operations, housekeeping activities, and area inspections.

- Conduct daily area inspections.

- Operate waste handling equipment safely.

- Notify the Plant Supervisor, Operations Director, and other plant authorities in emergency situations.

- Take emergency action independently if in accordance with established procedures.

- Ensure compliance with the Facility’s RCRA Permit.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.

- Experience operating a forklift and knowledge of the hazardous waste industry is a plus.
