Production Labor - Night Shift M-TH, 6:45pm-7am

We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.

Responsibilities:

Night Shift Production Labor - $23.40 starting pay plus shift premium

- What you’ll start out doing?

- Learn our safety and quality procedures.

- Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.

- What to expect:

- This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.

- You start training on day shift working 8 hr. shifts, M-F, then transition to 12 hr. shift Monday thru Thursday 6:45pm - 7am

- Dependability, hard working, respectful

- Ability/Experience operating mobile equipment

- Ability to work independently with little supervision

- Comply with all safety standards and regulations

- Strong written and oral communication skills
