General Farm Labour – Harvesting

Job Summary

Perry Produce Ltd. is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Farm Workers for the 2026 harvest season. This is a full-time, seasonal position focused on manual labour tasks supporting harvest, storage cleaning, and general farm upkeep.

Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare potato storages and farm facilities

- Shovel dirt, debris, and maintain clean work areas

- Assist with harvest cleanup and handling of farm produce

- Wash equipment, storage areas, and workspaces

- Perform general labour tasks as directed

- Assist with basic outdoor work including weeding and field cleanup

Work Conditions

- Physically demanding manual labour

- Repetitive tasks including shovelling, lifting, and cleaning

- Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

- Handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

- No formal education required

- Experience is an asset but not required

- Ability to perform physically demanding work

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

- Work location: On-site only (no remote work)

- Public transportation is not available

- Spanish language skills are an asset
