Gas Station Attendant

Position: Gas Station Attendant

Stafford Oil Company, Inc. is looking for a Gas Station Attendant to assist customers with their gasoline purchases and take their payments. You may help them with their basic vehicle needs, such as windshield washing, checking tire pressure, or assisting with adding air to their tires. To be successful in this role, you should be friendly, helpful and customer-oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure customer satisfaction and be able to draw customers to the gas station by your excellent service.

Responsibilities

- Greets customers in the street and collects payments

- Answers customers’ questions on vehicle maintenance and services

- Maintains pump area cleanliness standards

- Keeps the inventory inventorying and stocking levels

- Helps customers with basic vehicle maintenance

- Maintains store appearance and keeps it clean by following procedures on hand-washing walls, floors and using trash bins

- Comply with health and safety regulations

- Submit inventory reports on weekly basis

Desired Experience and Education

- Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative

- Basic computer knowledge including arithmetic

- Ability to perform basic attendant services

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
