You will play a role in calling and qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers and providing input on which campaigns generate the best leads. Working in collaboration with Building Sales Specialists, your goal is to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support. -Ability to answer calls at a (seasonal) high call volume
-Calling leads from website to qualify and set appointments with sales.
-Contact potential clients by email & phone daily
-Print labels for pricing guides to mail prospects
-Complete customer files once all information is finalized
- Provide sales team with detailed call notes in the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are clearly identified
- Acquire, update and maintain contact information within the CRM (HubSpot)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
1-2 Years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
CRM familiarity preferred
Strong phone skills
Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing task without guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
