Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
•Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
•Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
•Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
•Perform data entry tasks, including filing and maintaining electronic records.
•Utilize Smartsheet and Excel for basic tasks as needed.
•Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
•Handle office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
•Provide administrative support to staff as required.
Experience
•Previous experience as receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
•Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
•Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management.
•Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
•Experience with computerized filing systems is advantageous.
•Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
•Must be bilingual Spanish and English.
