Greeting Visitors: Warmly greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Telephone Management: Answer, screen, and route phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Customer Service: Provide helpful and courteous assistance to visitors and callers.
Administrative Support: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with filing and other clerical tasks.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments, calendars, and meeting rooms.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documents.
Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Other Duties: May assist with other tasks as assigned, such as data entry, faxing, or photocopying.


Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide helpful and courteous assistance to visitors and callers.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office equipment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers.
Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is often preferred.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
