Front Desk Attendant

The Front Desk Associate is a professional that ensures a positive overall impression of the property as well as providing the necessary service of ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Responsibilities Include:

- Handle guest registration

- Pre-register, block reservations and take same day reservations and when necessary future reservations following hotel rate structures, discounts.

- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner. (50%)

- Resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries.

- Treat customers in a professional and courteous manner according to procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Experience:

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
