- Lead cross‑functional program teams across RAM Engineering, Service Operations, Product Lines, Portfolio Risk, Commercial, and Execution groups.

- Establish and run program governance including reviews, decision forums, and escalations.

- Drive alignment on scope, trade‑offs, and sequencing across competing initiatives.

- Develop and maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.

- Track progress, risks, and issues; identify and resolve blockers.

- Analyze technical and project data to measure progress and outcomes.

- Maintain documentation and reporting mechanisms supporting transparency and decision‑making.

- Support executive summaries and reporting on fleet strategy execution.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.

- Support consistent ways of working across Fleet Strategy, Fleet Implementation, and Improvement Works programs.

- Develop tools and integrate best practices to streamline processes.

- Partner with Business Intelligence teams to define data needs, dashboards, and insights.

- Apply structured change management to drive adoption of new processes and tools.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) and at least five years of program management or power generation experience.

- Preferred: Experience with SCRUM/AGILE or PMP certification.

- Strong communication skills including technical interpretation and presentation abilities.

- Strong mathematical skills including algebra, geometry, percentages, and proportions.

- Ability to reason, draw valid conclusions, and adapt to changing priorities.

- Proficiency with database, project management, spreadsheet, word processing, email, graphics, and technical diagram software.

Why Should You Apply?

- Excellent Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K Matching).

- Excellent development programs and advancement opportunities.

- Tuition reimbursement and on-the-job training.

- Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.

- Committed to quality products and services.
